3. Subscriptions

This WhoopGames Service is a daily subscription service that allows you to download games Apps from the website and play the game after installing the App into your mobile phone. During the term of your subscription, you can download an unlimited number of mobile games. To access the subscription service, you will have to click the 'SMS to subscribe' button on the website and send 'ok' to 7198. You will then see a confirmation message and enjoy a 3-day free trial to choose the games you wish to download to your compatible handsets. You will only be able to play the games while your subscription is active.

This Service is a daily subscription service available to you in exchange for a daily charge. You will be billed on the daily anniversary date of the subscription or of the last successful billing attempt. The price of the subscription service will be the price specified at the time of your purchase: 2 Birr per day. We assume no liability for Service subscription error for the wrong telephone, device, or platform. We will not be liable for any errors on billing statements issued to you by your carrier. Your daily subscription to the Service will be automatically renewed. If you do not unsubscribe, you can send 'stop' to 7198, or click 'manage subscription' button in “my profile” page.

4. Payment Method

Paying through a mobile phone number balance is the only payment method in the Service.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial after you subscribe to WhoopGames Service for the first time. If you resume your subscription after unsubscribing from the service, a 3-day free trial is not available again.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
